Can't get your Exercise in Split-It

Instead of walking or jogging for 40 minutes, try breaking your workout into two 20-minute sessions. You'll burn just as many calories while you're exercising but this way you'll get two bouts of the afterburn effect. Each time you exercise, you get a postexercise  calorie-burning boost during your workout, which means you'll burn more calories during the day than if you did all your exercise in one longer session.
