My restrictions from surgery have lifted and I am planning to get this last 25 lbs off me forever.
I plan to exercise in some way everyday. And to have a free day once a week. But the other days make sure I am eating healthy whole foods.
Exercise Acct.
Monday- saw MD to see if I can exercise again.
Tuesday- 20 minutes on Nordic Track
Wednesday-
Thursday-
Friday-
Saturday-
Sunday- Day of Rest
OH yes...spring is welcome and with that a desire to get more exercise!!!
