I have never had Peppermint bark in my last 39 years. Beth from I Should be Folding Laundry posted a recipe so I thought I would give it a try. This will be made yearly now!
I usually can't stand peppermint but I really enjoyed some pepermint bark I had last year (2008) but I've never made it, I will have to try my hand at it sometime :)
