www.fitdeck.comI found these at Walmart on clearance for $1.00. Gotta love a bargain! I did it for the first time last night. I think it will be a nice alternative for days when I just can't fit in a long exercise program. It consists of 50 playing cards that have a workout on them. You shuffle the deck and choose how ever many cards you have time for. I did 6 last night.
