Walk in the Sun

Walk in the sun or sit in a sunny window if you can't get out. Exposing yourself to sunlight boosts production of the feel-good brain chemical serotonin, which can curb cravings. "When serotonin production is low, people tend to crave high-calorie, high-fat carbohydrates such as cakes, cookies and chips.
Also you will get some much needed vitamin D by daily exposure to the sun.
