Sure wish it would be quiet! I am finally going down again and I want to see that continue. So I WILL eat well today! I'll put it on here and then I will be held acct. Also HAVE to get some exercising in today!
Food Eaten today...
Breakfast- 2 serving chocolate chips! I know bad! Water (140)
Lunch- egg sandwich on homemade whole wheat bread, water, 2 small sandwiches (350 or so... cals)
Snack- Banana (100)
Dinner- spinach artichoke dip and ezekial bread water(400)
Snack- iced tea, almonds (75)
Ice cream sandwich (170)
I didn't exercise.
